Quiet and magnificent location near the nearest post office, the main shopping street, and the main attraction of the tower, I felt safe. Also, St Doulagh's Church was 4 km away from the hotel. The room was tasteful and large with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a walk-in shower...

The rooms are amazing with a smart TV, the staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with all questions.

we recommend the hotel. everything was perfect. it's 15 mins walk to the center. we loved to chill in the nearby ottavo nano. when we arrived the host was best. bidets in the private bathroom was a plus.

We verbleven in een hotel dicht bij de lokale cafés en het oude stadscentrum. De locatie was echt ideaal. Gelukkig waren we onder de indruk van de attente service. Het personeel was vriendelijk en gemotiveerd, waardoor ons verblijf nog aangenamer werd. Het ontbijt en diner werden speciaal aangepast voor mijn partner, die glutenvrij moet eten vanwege coeliakie. Dit toonde echt hun zorg en aandacht voor de behoeften van de gasten.

De badkamer met douche in de badkuip was niet geschikt voor mensen van onze leeftijd. Het ontbrak aan handgrepen en de papieren glaasjes op de wastafel waren erg onhandig.

We had an exceptional stay at Lucca In Chic. The room was exactly as photographed - clean, modern, and with a comfortable bed. The shower was excellent and the WiFi worked perfectly. We loved the beautiful balcony with its views over the quiet courtyard. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to the walled city. Alberto, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, all of which were superb and not touristy. Alberto's prompt communication via WhatsApp made our stay incredibly easy. On top of that, when we unfortunately lost our keys and wallet, Alberto went above and beyond to track them down and ensure their safe return to us. We truly couldn't have asked for better treatment. I highly recommend Lucca In Chic and will definitely return.

While a kettle would have been nice to have in the room, we understand it's not part of the guest house proposition. Additionally, the location near a main road could be noisy at night.

One additional chair in the room and on the balcony would have been better for more seating options. Getting lost in the streets of Lucca was a bit frustrating, especially with a taxi driver who didn't know the area well.
